AUSTRALIA’S MOBILE CARDIAC DIAGNOSTIC NETWORK
A smarter model than truck-based outreach Build for scale, not fleet Low-capital. Medicare-aligned. Clinic-integrated. The next generation of mobile preventative diagnostics We didn’t need trucks to build access.

Reducing Hospital and waitlist Pressure
Early detection that prevents avoidable admissions.
Fast-Tracked Specialist Access
Cardiologist-reviewed diagnostics without waitlists.
Medicare-Aligned Model
Operates within existing MBS frameworks
We adapt our mobile deployment to suit the specific workflow and demographic of your facility, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum patient comfort.
Enhance your practice offerings with on-site specialist diagnostics. We handle the equipment and reporting.
Minimising transport distress for elderly residents. Comprehensive scans performed safely in their familiar room.
Protect your workforce. Efficient, executive level cardiovascular screening integrated into your wellness days.
Access to diagnostic services should not be limited by location.
Our model is designed to support communities in regional and remote areas by bringing high-quality cardiac diagnostics closer to where patients live.
From referral to specialist report, we handle the entire process with care and efficiency, ensuring patients and practitioners experience zero friction.
Your GP provides a referral. Our liaison team contacts you directly to schedule a convenient time at your local clinic or facility.
Our highly trained sonographer arrives with state-of-the-art equipment to perform a comfortable, 40-minute non-invasive echocardiogram.
Images are securely transmitted to our network of cardiologists. A comprehensive report is sent directly back to your referring doctor.
All diagnostic screenings are reviewed by appropriately registered specialists, with structured reports outlining detailed findings and management recommendations returned to the patient’s nominated GP within 48–72 hours.
All services operate within existing Medicare (MBS) frameworks, ensuring specialist-level interpretation while maintaining GP-led continuity of care.
This integrated model effectively minimises privately funded specialist fees and reduces the patient’s reliance on separate specialist appointments for routine cardiac review.
In addition to mobile service delivery, we are establishing semi-permanent diagnostic hubs using modular, repurposed container infrastructure designed for healthcare environments.
These hubs are informed by data gathered through our outreach and screening activities, allowing us to identify regional and remote areas where there is consistent demand for cardiac diagnostic services.
The modular approach supports relatively rapid deployment (typically within 6–8 weeks), providing a practical and cost-efficient alternative to traditional infrastructure development or specialised vehicle-based models.
These hubs are intended to support local GPs and community health providers by improving access to diagnostic imaging, while also contributing to continuity of care between mobile service visits. This enables more consistent access to screening in areas where service availability may otherwise be limited.
Where appropriate, hubs may operate as shared community assets, supporting broader healthcare delivery in collaboration with local providers. They are designed to complement not replace existing healthcare services.
Deployment is undertaken in consultation with relevant stakeholders, including state health authorities, Primary Health Networks, and local healthcare providers, to ensure alignment with regional needs and to avoid duplication of services.
While these semi-permanent hubs provide a stable diagnostic base, our mobile units remain an important part of the model, enabling flexible outreach and service delivery across geographically dispersed communities.
Infrastructure Focus
We don’t compromise on quality. Our mobile fleet is equipped with the latest premium-tier portable ultrasound systems. These machines offer sub-millimeter resolution, advanced Doppler capabilities, and AI-assisted measurements previously restricted to hospital imaging departments.
Diagnostic accuracy relies on the person holding the probe and the specialist reading the report. Our network brings together the brightest minds in Australian cardiology.
Our field team comprises highly experienced cardiac sonographers trained to capture the most complex structural images with gentle, patient-centered care.
Every single scan is reviewed, interpreted, and formally reported on by an Australian-trained, top-tier consultant cardiologist.
Guided by a strict medical advisory board, we ensure all scanning protocols and reporting standards exceed CSANZ guidelines.
We partner with facilities across the country to dedicated to break the barriers of access to preventative care. Here is what our clinical and corporate partners have to say.
“The Heart Screen has completely transformed how we manage preventative cardiology in our practice. The convenience for our patients is unmatched, and the reporting is fast and exceptionally detailed.”
